 Ronny Risinger KC5EES: Talking to the Space Station - How you can arrange/facilitate an ARISS contact for your group.

Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) facilitates contacts between astronauts and local schools/groups. 

This talk will provide an overview of the ARISS program, detail what an ARISS contact looks like, and explain how YOU can get involved in either scheduling a contact with the ISS or helping a group with their contact. 

 

 

Speaker Ronny Risinger KC5EES has been involved with ISS contacts in 2008 & 2018. 

He is a teacher/Trustee for K5LBJ, the Liberal Arts and Science Academy High School Amateur Radio Club, and currently serves on the ARISS US Education Committee.
